How to Reserve a Week and Order Your Appalachian Mission Tickets
$393 Per Ticket Includes Lodging, Meals, Service Projects, Ocoee River Whitewater Rafting, Tubing, Swimming
When you are ready to confirm your reservation with an $800.00 confirmation payment please call us to confirm availability for the week of your choice. When you call have a second week as an option in case your first choice is not available. Dates will not be confirmed without the $800.00 confirmation payment. You do not need to have a firm number of tickets when making your reservation.
$800.00 is due with the reservation application to confirm your reservation camp dates. When submitting this confirmation payment, give us the approximate number of tickets you will be ordering. Include yourself, your chaperones, ministers, and youth in this number. The $800.00 confirmation payment will be deducted from your final payment balance. All payments are non-refundable.
$50.00 per ticket payment is due 30 days after submitting the $800.00 reservation payment OR JANUARY 15, 2017 whichever date is later. This payment will secure your tickets for camp. If you are uncertain of the final number of tickets you desire, confirm what you are sure of. Purchase additional tickets as needed. When purchasing additional tickets, you must first call and check availability. Include everyone you are sure will be attending camp in your ticket order (youth, leaders, chaperones, ministers, etc.). All payments are non-refundable.
3rd & FINAL
The balance for each ticket ordered is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, it is your responsibility to find someone to use the tickets, or forfeit unused tickets. 2nd payments for unused tickets cannot be applied to the final balance due. All payments are non-refundable.
